SPANISH SCHOOL EL CURSO offers online Spanish courses that include exercises and illustrations related to grammar, pronunciation, dialogues, reading and listening comprehension, vocabulary, Spanish culture, tutorial videos, fast-reading texts, and self-assessment tests.

After completing the form and accepting the Terms, the Customer will be redirected to a secure external payment platform (Stripe). The service will not be activated until payment is confirmed. A confirmation email will follow within 24 hours.
Prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes. Payment can be made monthly or yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.
Invoices are issued under the registered user’s name and can be requested via email.
If a course cannot be delivered, the client will be notified with a new date or may opt for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days via bank transfer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply once the course has started or been accessed. If not accessed, clients have 14 calendar days from enrollment to withdraw and request a refund.
Requests must be sent via an unequivocal statement (e.g., email). Refunds will be issued within 14 days if the request is valid.
The service is available 24/7. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance. SPANISH SCHOOL EL CURSO is not responsible for issues related to the user’s internet service or device.
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime by emailing: kokimaltas@learnspanishelcurso.com. The client will retain access until the end of the billing period.
If payment fails, access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

The document of enrollment and payment will be archived and available upon request. The Spanish version prevails over any translation in case of dispute.
Notifications will be sent via email or directly to the user account. The client is responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain valid.
